Tavin was so excited to be baptized. It was a great day with the primary program then church meetings and then his baptism. Grandma and Grandpa Burton, Mema and Papa, Uncle Adam, Aunt Tonya, Uncle Ed, Nicholas, Nathan, Averie and Andrew were all able to come and be with us on this special day. I am grateful for wonderful family that supports us and for children who make good choices.

Tavin is 8 and he is so excited to be baptized and to be able to go to Cub Scouts. He is growing up so fast and is still a pleasant young man. He is a sensitive and sweet boy with an easy going personality. I love that he is so caring and sweet. Happy Birthday Tavin! He also wanted an ice cream pie instead of cake and we made a peanut butter, chocolate pie for him. Yummy!! His friends, Aaron and Evan came over to spend the afternoon with him, playing games and having fun!!

Trevor's Birthday October 3, 2011

Trevor is 17!! Not sure where the time has gone, but it has flown by. Trevor loves birthdays and surprises and gifts and is just a big kid!! I love that about him. He really enjoys the fun things in life and knows how to enjoy each day! Happy Birthday to Trevor!!

Tori's Birthday September 15, 2011

Tori Lynn wanted a ice cream pie instead of cake this year for her birthday. It was yummy and will have to be tried again in the near future! Happy Birthday to my oldest daughter who is turning into a young woman very fast. We love you Tori! Thanks for all your hard work and help especially with your baby brother.

Tayton's First Birthday Aug 5, 2011

Tayton wasn't sure what to think of a cake with a flame on it when we put it in front of him. He finally figured out that birthday cake is yummy and finished the whole thing. He is the absolute sweetest, cutest, best little boy in the whole world. We all love him so much!! Happy Birthday Tayton Cole!!

Trista's FIFTH Birthday March 23, 2011

Trista turned 5 and is so excited about being old enough to go to school. She had a birthday party with a few friends and everyone had a wonderful time!!

Happy Boy

Where has the time gone? Tayton is six months old already!! When we took him in for his checkup and shots. They told me he looked perfect...well duh...we already knew that!! He now weighs 17 lbs 13 oz and is 27 1/2 inches long. He is growing and changing all the time. He rolls, loves to sit up by himself (well, almost) and is still working on cutting a tooth thru. When I tried to take some pictures of him, he was more interested in the very soft and super adorable blanket from his Aunt Tonya. He wasn't interested in looking at the camera at all, but we had fun trying to get a few good shots. We will share most of them with you, even the ones that didn't really turn out very well.
