Our Children

The kids were all dressed up for church and since it was only a few minutes after 8am, I thought I would snap a picture of the girls. When the boys came out, I had them all get by the tree. And we even made it to church with 10 minutes to spare!!!!

Trista keeps me entertained!!!!

Trista keeps me smiling and laughing while everyone else is in school....whether she is playing dress up, helping me with Julie's baby, or talking on the phone with her dad, she is always doing something that makes me wonder where she gets all of her energy and adventerousness? She is a handful and I am grateful for her!!!

Our little cheerleaders!!!

Tyler had a scrimmage game Sat night. I made cheerleader outfits for the girls so they can cheer for their big brother and the rest of the Wampus Cats. Trista really gets into her cheering and yells "GO CATS!!!" at the top of her lungs. Hope they don't embarres Tyler too much. Not like we need to draw more attention to ourselves with outfits for the girls, we are quite the "crew" sitting in the stands watching our son/brother. We are proud of Tyler and hope he has a great year of football!!

Our Anniversary Getaway!!!!

at Blanchard Springs

Rob kicked back and relaxing

We had a visitor in my BAG...he thought he was coming home with us!!!

I absolutely LOVED the toilet seat....after I got over the fact that I wouldn't get poked in the booty when I sat down!!!

Robby and I went away for a little Anniversary trip to a cabin in Calico Rock, AR. It was a very cute, little, remote place to relax and escape for a few days. We enjoyed hiking, looking at caves, sleeping in, watching movies, eating, playing games, and just spending time together. Thanks to Grandma and Grandpa Burton who watched the kids for us and the O'Briens who let Tyler stay with them so he could go to football practice. We love our children but it was nice to have a little time for just US!! We enjoyed our trip to celebrate our 18 years of marriage. I love you Rob, thanks for all the memories!!!

Kindergarten Camp!!!!

I took Tavin to his school for kindergarten camp this morning. He was so excited and can't wait for school to start. He wants to be like the big kids and go to school and he also loves to learn. He has enjoyed doing his preschool stuff the past three years and loves learning new things. He gets to go for three days to his camp to help him get ready for school starting in a couple of weeks.

Pretty in Pink!!

The girls wore matching dresses to church. The sun was kind of bright so that is why we are squinting a little. We are out by the rose bushes that mom got me for Mother's Day. Thanks mom they are beautiful!!
