Trista's hair cut!!!!

No, she didn't do it this time, I did! As most of you know, Trista cut her own hair in February and I have been trying to let it grow out. I didn't want to cut it because I was afraid she would loose all her pretty curls, but she still has some curl/wave to it. (thank goodness) She said she wanted short hair, and I told her that would mean cutting off her curls and she said I want short hair. I had to give myself a few days to make sure I wouldn't regret it and then I finally did it on Saturday night. I think it is cute and am happy with it.

Ecofest

watching a puppet show

We took 12 kids to Ecofest on Saturday. I usually only have to count to 6 to make sure I have everyone, but I just had to count to six twice today!!! They had lots of fun activities and I think the kids enjoyed it.

Tori's 9th Birthday

We just started with our string of birthdays on Sept 15th and by Oct 7th we will have celebrated three birthdays during that time. Tori had a couple of friends sleepover Friday night. They had snacks and watched a movie. Then we went to Ecofest on Saturday with Tonya and her kids. I think everyone had a great time. We celebrated again on Tues the 15th with cake and ice cream and more presents.

PaPa's 60th Birthday party

Grandpa Keyes, Nanny and the kids

Dad with some of the grandkids

We went to Green Forest for my Dad's birthday. I think the kids were more excited about a birthday party than my Dad was, but he loved that everyone (except Aimee and her family who live in Idaho!! miss you guys!) was there to help celebrate with him. Also there was my Grandpa Keyes who I haven't seen since in about 30 years. It was great to see everyone!!

Tyler's cheering section!!!
Tyler played in his first official game Friday night against Bentonville. He had 9 punts and I think he did a great job. It was fun to watch and we all enjoyed the game. Trista was quite vocal and yelled for Tyler and the CATS!!! Way to go Tyler, we are proud of you!!!! Mema and PaPa (my mom and dad) came to cheer Tyler on. My mom loves to watch football games more than anyone else I know!! Thanks for coming to watch Tyler.
